The Stag & Hounds has always been a focal point for the village of Binfield, conveniently situated between Binfield and Warfield and has for many years been known for its fine fare and hospitality. We hope that you will find that this long tradition of quality food, fine beers and great service continues and improves.
Muddy paws are welcome too both the two and four leg variety, and there are plenty of quite corners where they can watch the comings and goings… and there are some great walks right on the doorstep, perfect for letting off a bit of steam before a feast.
You can choose a table in the main dining area or enjoy a quieter spot in one of the more intimate character corners… and if you’re lucky enough you may even be able to bag the top spot by our roaring open fire, the perfect spot to plot up on a chilly day…
One thing is for certain, whenever you choose to dine with us, we can guarantee you will enjoy amazing food in a relaxing, friendly and welcoming atmosphere at the Stag & Hounds Binfield.
Food
Celebrate the seasons, presenting farm-to-table dining, using ingredients grown and sourced locally. Our restaurant is popular with both guests and locals alike
Our menu is carefully crafted by our head chef Miles, and all our dishes are cooked to order each day and showcase classic country cooking, using only the finest, freshest seasonal ingredients, sourced from our local suppliers and farmers across the Thames Valley.
Lunch time provides you with the perfect opportunity to savour our selection of sandwiches, light bites and daily specials, and evenings present you with the perfect excuse to linger longer and indulge in a leisurely dinner from our extensive selection of pub classics and a la carte dishes.
Younger diners won’t miss out either… they can enjoy a selection of smaller dishes from the main menu as well as a selection of old favourites…
Sundays are a little bit special… you can savour one of our fantastic Sunday lunches served up with all the trimmings, all you need to do is choose which one of our roasts to have, once you’ve done that, we’ll do the rest…
